Shareholder Asset Recovery Program

Laurel Hill Advisory Group provides services for corporate issuers to find shareholders that have not exchanged their shares after a merger or acquisition.  These services are often at little or no cost to the issuer.  After identifying and locating the unexchanged holders, we mail the required program materials to these holders.  Every holder is then called to ensure that the materials have been received, that they understand the materials, that they are aware of the Asset Recovery Program, and that they execute the timely exchange of their shares.  We then process the exchange and mail out the proceeds to the holders. 

We communicate with the client throughout the program to provide information concerning the shareholder response to the program and overall results.
